On booking, you will be required to pay a deposit (the amount is discretionary and proportional to the total cost) to confirm your activity. The final amount is payable at the latest before the activity itself starts.
Cancellation
The outdoor environment is constantly changing and we must be flexible with the venues we use and the conditions we use them in. Where conditions involve a venue change you will be notified of this at the earliest possible opportunity.
If you cancel the activity up to 7 days prior to the activity your deposit will be forfeited, although you may rebook on an alternative date and we will retain the deposit as part payment for that second date.
If we, for whatever reason, cancel the activity we will offer you an alternative venue in the first instance, an alternative date in the second or full reimbursement of deposit paid.
By booking an activity with us it will be assumed that you understand and you agree with the assumption of risk statement. This means that by joining the activity you accept that the inherent risks involved may include omissions and occurrances which are beyond the control of Adventure Beyond.
