Corporate group activities have been a regular feature in the Adventure Beyond calendar, since the company was established in 1997. Since then we have continually developed corporate and business packages to suit the clients needs and expectations.
Our team has varied experience in logistics, communication, leadership and decision making under pressure and this experience is passed on to clients through the activity. We are all under a lot of pressure in our work and our personal life, and getting into the outdoors can help us gain perspective, improve self esteem and develop vital inter-personal skills such as communication, leadership and co-operation.
What makes Adventure Beyond different to other training organisations?
We have a large amount of civilian and business leadership experience from setting up companies, developing projects and organising and running bespoke events.
Many of our staff have also have military leadership experience at different levels from senior officers to private. We also have civil and emergency services personnel working with us, bringing experience of leadership, crisis mangement and dealing with people in difficult situations.
Our experience also includes teaching at primary through to University level, including course directing for Further Education and Special Educational Needs (SEN) clients.
This range of experience has created a dynamic, motivated team with a range of client experience in a range of backgrounds.
Everyone is different and so learns in different ways, which means they need to be advised in different ways by different people.
